Caregiver Support Initiative

The Community Foundation's Luiza Benisano distributed the Guidebooks to Reno Integrative Medical Center, Private Eyes,  and gave a presentation on the Guidebooks to Northern NV HOPES. Luiza also discussed the Caregiver Employee Toolkit with the business, Private Eyes.

Self-Care Tip for the Caregiver 

Seek Respite Services: Respite means "time off." Respite can be provided by a friend, family member, or by a service in the community. It can be enough time for you to take a nap, go to lunch with friends, or even enough time to go on vacation.
