About the Program
The Nonprofit Capacity Building Collaborative (NCBC) is a multi-year initiative that strengthens the systems, leadership, fundraising capacity, and long-term sustainability of Northern Nevada nonprofits.
Through cohort-based learning, organizational assessment, technical assistance, and donor engagement opportunities, NCBC helps organizations move beyond short-term training and toward lasting organizational growth.
Rooted in the findings of the Nonprofit Capacity Building Landscape Analysis and advanced through the strategic vision of the Nonprofit Capacity Steering Committee, the NCBC represents a coordinated, community-driven approach to strengthening the nonprofit sector in our community.
How The Program Works

Cohort-based learning and peer exchange

Customized technical assistance
Systems implementation support
Pitch coaching and donor storytelling practice
A culminating Pitch Showcase
