Designated Funds allow you to support one or more specific organizations.
A Designated Fund provides ongoing financial support to the charities and nonprofit organizations you care about most. You select one or more qualified 501(c)(3) organizations to receive regular distributions, and the Community Foundation manages the investments and administration. Your fund provides consistent support as nonprofit leadership and community needs evolve.
Establish a Designated Fund with a $25,000 gift, or create an Endowed Designated Fund with a $50,000 gift to support your chosen charities in perpetuity.
PHILANTHROPIC SERVICE FEE
Your fund will be charged a philanthropic services fee ranging from .05% to 1.5% annually, based on the fund's average daily balance. The philanthropic services fee will be reduced or adjusted if the Fund exceeds $1 million or other thresholds per the Fee and Fund Policy. The philanthropic services fee is calculated based on the daily average fund balance for the most recent month and is paid monthly by automatic deduction from the Fund balance.
