Community Foundation Announces Key Promotions on Donor Relations Team

The Community Foundation of Northern Nevada is proud to announce three well-deserved promotions within our Donor Relations team, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional service to our fundholders and the community.

  • Lauren Sgandurra has been promoted from Philanthropic Advisor to Director of Donor Services.
  • Lyndsey Crossley moves from Philanthropic Advisor to Director of Giving Strategies.
  • Michelle Duggan advances from Donor Relations Associate to Donor Relations Officer.

These promotions recognize the dedication, expertise, and passion each team member brings to their work. Their leadership will help us deliver elevated service and innovative strategies for our donors, especially as we welcome a new Vice President of Donor Relations in the coming weeks.
