Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in relationship management, strategic fundraising, and team leadership. The Vice President of Donor Relations will be responsible for cultivating transformational donor partnerships and stewarding the growth of charitable assets, with a goal of generating over $25 million in new philanthropic contributions annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership to a high-performing donor relations team
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand philanthropic impact across the region
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with donors, advisors, and community partners
  • Advance the Foundation’s mission through community-led philanthropy and legacy giving initiatives

Position Details

  • Location: Reno, Nevada
  • Work Model: Hybrid (approximately 40% remote)
  • Compensation: $160,000–$175,000 annually, commensurate with experience
