Nonprofit Capacity Building Collaborative

Collective Investment. Strengthening Nonprofits. Inspiring Philanthropy. Building a More Resilient Northern Nevada.

Program Purpose

Nonprofits across Northern Nevada are navigating increasing demand, funding uncertainty, and limited capacity. The Nonprofit Capacity Building Collaborative (NCBC) is a funder-led initiative designed to help nonprofit organizations during these challenges by strengthening the systems, messaging, and strategies that make individual giving possible.

Rooted in the findings of the Nonprofit Capacity Building Landscape Analysis and advanced through the strategic vision of the Steering Committee, the NCBC represents a coordinated, community-driven approach to strengthening nonprofit capacity.

Community Impact

Delivered through a cohort-based fellowship experience, focusing on equipping nonprofits with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to position them for greater sustainability and impact. The NCBC Fellowship Program strengthens the nonprofit sector by investing in people and systems. Not just programs.
