You can donate to help support and sustain local, public service journalism
Your charitable donations and foundation grants will sustain in-depth public service journalism in Northern Nevada for the Reno Gazette-Journal organization.
The Reno Gazette Journal Fund was established as a field of interest fund with the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada in 2021. The fund is primarily made possible by a generous grant from the John Ben Snow Memorial Trust as well as individual donors.
In January 2022, Mark Robison was hired as the fund's first journalist to cover local government in Washoe County. Since then, the fund has continued to support local journalists whose work is made available free to the public.
