Fund Advisor Portal - Getting Started
The Community Foundation is excited to announce we are replacing DonorCentral with a new and enhanced Fund Advisor Portal. The Fund Advisor Portal streamlines fund management and revolutionize interactions with funds. The new portal offers many exciting features that empower users to manage their funds efficiently and significantly impact their philanthropic endeavors. See below for steps to get started.

- Transparent Contributions and Grants: Review recent contributions and track grants effortlessly. Get a comprehensive overview of all gifts received and easy access to your fund’s grant history.
- Effortless Grant Recommendations: Recommend grants to eligible organizations with ease. Our new Grant Request section simplifies the process, empowering you to fulfill your philanthropic aspirations with just a few clicks.
- Seamless Integration and Support: Our finance and grantmaking systems have been seamlessly integrated into a single, streamlined platform. Enjoy a cohesive, efficient experience managing your funds, grants, and scholarships. Our dedicated team is always available to provide exceptional support along the way.

How to Get Started with the Fund Advisor Portal

Establish your password
You will receive an email from the sender “no-reply@fcsuite.com.” You will notice “Community Foundation of Northern Nevada” referenced in the email’s subject line. Follow the instructions to create a password for your account. Take note of your username (email address) and password as you complete this process.

Access the system
To access the portal at any time, simply go to nevadafund.org and click “Fund Advisor Portal” in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password, then select the fund you want to review.

Use the system
The main screen provides an at-a-glance list of recent contributions received into the account and recent grants paid out of the account. You will also see the current balance, updated in real-time, and the current fund advisors will be indicated just below the balance. Note that each person listed will have a similar Fund Advisor Portal access.
Menu Options
Choose Fund
Allows you to select a different account for which you serve as an advisor.
Provides in-depth information regarding each contribution received into the charitable account. You will note that an “Export” option appears on the far right side of the menu bar, which can be used to export information about each donation into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Grants
Provides more detail about all grants paid from this charitable account. The top section summarizes grants by the recipient (aka, grantee). Scroll past the summary section to see an itemized list of grants paid in descending order (most recent first).
Look for “Complete” in the Status column to know the grant has been paid.
Other status indicators will appear as the grant moves along our internal processes. Only the status “Complete” confirms that a grant has been successfully paid. Contact the Community Foundation team for questions about grant status indicators.
Statements
Fund statements are archived in one convenient location that can be accessed anytime by fund advisors with permission to the account.

Important documents related to this charitable account will be archived here.
If you access the Fund Advisor Portal from a shared computer or device, we strongly encourage you to logout after completing each session.

You will see transactions in your portal the moment our staff records them. It is likely still in the data entry process if you don’t see a specific donation or grant/expense. Gifts and grants are processed on a weekly basis. You will see transactions in your portal the moment our staff records them. If you are not seeing a recent gift or grant, it is likely still in the data entry process.
If three business days have passed and you still don’t see your transaction, please contact the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada at info@nevadafund.org.
The Community Foundation of Northern Nevada team cannot view your password for security reasons. If you lose your password, please email info@nevadafund.org to reset it. Please note it may take up to one business day for your password reset request to be processed.
