Reno Police Foundation

The Reno Police Foundation is a designated fund established in 2012 to support the Reno Police Department with special projects and programs within the Department. The fund was established primarily to provide support for the Hashimoto Widows and Orphans Fund, Victim Services, and the K9 unit. Through the discretion of the Police Chief, additional specialized program areas have received support including the Horse Mounted Unit, Christmas gifts for children living in motels, and the Honor Guard.
