The Community Foundation of Western Nevada Community Fund 2020 grant cycle is open.
Letters of Intent from Northern Nevada nonprofits will be accepted until noon on October 31, 2019.
The following focus areas have been set for the 2020 Community Fund Grant cycle:
- Educational programming for arts and culture and/or literacy for at-risk populations
- Educational programming for mental health initiatives
The Community Fund Advisory Committee will vet all submissions received through a Letter of Intent process, and will then notify selected organizations to send in a full proposal in January 2020.
To apply for a grant from the Community Fund for programs or projects that meet this year’s scope, please create a log-in and complete the LOI application here. Eligible organizations include 501(c) nonprofits, governmental entities, educational institutions (both public and private), or religious institutions. Requests may be up to $20,000.
Letters of Intent are due by noon on October 31st. Organizations selected to submit a full proposal will be notified in January 2020.
