Nominating Committee

Elizabeth “Beth” Schuler joined the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada in 2012 as an Advisory Board member. She was elected to the Board of Trustees three years later and began serving on the Nominating Committee. She previously served on the Marketing and Development Committees and currently serves as the Nominating Committee’s Co-Chair.

Beth is currently the Director of the Monroe-Schuler Foundation. In the late 80s, Beth and her mother started MicroMash, a software company. She is involved in the Women’s Giving Circle. Beth brings her entrepreneurial spirit and background in sales and marketing to the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada.

Beth says she was raised to give back to the community because the community gives to you.

Beth has lived in Reno for over 15 years. She has been married for more than 15 years and has three children. Her family has two dogs and a herd of 80 cows. Beth enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling.
