Self-Care Tip for the Caregiver
Network with other caregivers and family members: being able to identify and communicate with family members and other caregivers going through similar situations can bring a sense of relief and reduce isolation. There are many support groups available specific to medical, emotional, and physical abilities.
For more self-care tips, please refer to your Washoe Caregivers Guidebook or visit our website,https://washoecaregivers.org/.
Happy New Year to you all! Thank you for your continued involvement with the Caregiver Support Initiative!
