We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the President and CEO. This position serves as a liaison to the board of directors and Community Foundation staff; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, oversees special projects and performs a variety of support and clerical duties requiring independent analysis, judgment, and knowledge of organization functions. Maintains records, processes complex documents, and compiles regular and special reports. Takes minutes for board meetings and select committee meetings, serves as assistant to the President and CEO, and provides oversight for all Community Foundation events.
• Hold a Bachelors Degree from an accredited 4-year College or University.
• Be Organized.
• Be Energetic.
• Have computer skills to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, and databases for communications and record keeping.
• Have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Have reliable transportation.
