Ways To Help Las Vegas Shooting Victims

"In our connection to each other lies our strength and wisdom." Manal Toppozada, Director Note-Able Music Therapy Services
If you want to comfort and help the victims of the shootings at the Route 91 Harvest Festival on October 1, 2017, we recommend the following avenues.

Grants from donor advised funds

must be directed to a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit. Fundholders are encouraged to recommend a grant to either: National Compassion Fund "Las Vegas" from the National Center for Victims of Crime. The Music City CARES Fund at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. 100% of your donation will help with the immediate and long-term needs of victims in the shooting.

General donations

If you wish to donate directly, not from a donor advised fund, contributions are being collected by the Las Vegas Victims Fund.  The Las Vegas Victims Fund is through gofundme.com, a crowdfunding platform. Established by Clark County Commission Chair from Las Vegas, it has accepted donations from more than 51,000 people in 1 day. Community Foundation Program Officer Lauren Renda, 775-333-5499,  is available to answer your questions about directing donations to support the victims of this horrific shooting.
