Jessica earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno and her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Political Science from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Following her graduation from Butler, she completed an AmeriCorps term of service with Habitat for Humanity in Seattle, where she witnessed firsthand the powerful impact of nonprofit organizations in the community. Prior to joining the Community Foundation, she spent almost 10 years in public service, working in United States Senator Harry Reid’s northern Nevada office.
Jessica and her family are proud to call Reno home. Along with her husband and two daughters, she loves hiking, skiing, and exploring all that Nevada has to offer. She is delighted to join the CFWN team and excited to help build upon the organization’s philanthropy and leadership in the region.
