Allison Gorelick was instrumental in bringing the idea of moving a no longer used man camp in Wyoming to Downtown Reno and transform it into the award-winning Village on Sage Street. Her drive, creative energy, and generous example motivated a year of intense collaboration and work to open its 216 doors to low-income residents.  She brings her expertise and passion as an advisory board member to the Community Housing Land Trust Advisory Group.

Allison has 25 years of development and financial leadership experience.  For the past ten years, she has acquired, renovated, and managed over 300 units in Reno, NV and, more recently, 75 units in Cleveland, OH. Prior to moving to Reno, Allison was a Vice President with SARES•REGIS Group of Northern California, focusing on commercial development and acquisitions.  In her eight years with SARES•REGIS Group, Allison developed five office buildings totaling over one million square feet and $315 million and acquired four commercial assets totaling 1.2 million square feet and over $220 million.  Prior to this, Mrs. Gorelick was vice president of Business Development with Stonepath Group, a publicly-traded venture capital company funding early-stage tech start-ups and was the director of Acquisitions with Alert Alarm Company where she completed 15 acquisition and assisted in the negotiation and sale of the company to a private Fortune 50 company within 15 months.  Allison began her career in New York with Chase Manhattan Bank and Banque Paribas.  Allison graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Business Administration, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is LEED-certified.  She is a licensed real estate broker in both California in Nevada and on the Board of Keep Tahoe Blue.
