Holland Project

In 2015 the Holland Project received major grants from Community Foundation funds for the Holland Grounded for Life campaign which helped them purchase their building at 140 Vesta Street. The space houses the Holland Project gallery, show space, office, library, urban garden and workshop lab. Community Foundation fundholders believe in building a community where all-ages art and culture have a permanent place. Holland is an all-ages arts and music initiative that whole-hearted supports and champions opportunities for young people in our community. Its mission is Art, music, culture. By young people, for young people. The Holland Project opened its doors in 2007 with support from Community Foundation grants in the early years. Holland Project has put on over 2000 events including music shows in nearly every genre, gallery exhibits, dance performances, workshops, special events, fashion shows, film night and more. Interested in learning more about a center run by young people and volunteers that partners with the Nevada Museum of Art, leads the community in offering young people a creative platform for art in many forms, and offers affordable classes and workshops to the public?
