  • Are you currently caring for a senior family member?
  • As an employer, do you know how caregiving impacts your employees and the effect caregiving has on productivity?
  • Do you worry about how to balance working and caregiving?

The Community Foundation cordially invites you to attend, “Caregivers in the Workforce: Balancing Life, Work, and Policy.” The goal of the panel discussion is to spur thoughtful conversations and helpful actions at the workplace and give caregivers ideas to maintain balance in their life roles. Time is reserved for audience questions.

This will be more than a conversation.  Attendees will receive takeaway information: a “Caregiver Policy Toolkit”, with suggestions and strategies to consider that will improve the situation for caregivers, and for companies aiming to support and retain employees who find themselves as primary caregivers.
