Our region’s communities are poised for big things.
Keynote speaker, Zander Lurie, Reno native, Senior V.P. Media for GoPro and Chairman of the Board of Survey Monkey, will speak about the intersection of tech/start-ups and philanthropy. We will hear his insight on the current explosion of tech growth in northern Nevada and what it means for our community. Lurie is the founder of CoachArt, a charity that creates transformative arts and athletics for children chronic illness.
Philanthropy will be instrumental in helping our communities reach their potential. Be inspired by what is happening and imagine what can happen to create a community our grandchildren where our children will love to live.
Established in 1998 the Community Foundation of Western Nevada has distributed more than $100 million in grants and scholarships to benefit the communities of Nevada and beyond.
