Rob Lamb

Impacts Committee

Rob Lamb has been a member of the Advisory Board and the Stewardship Committee at the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada since 2022.

Rob is currently the Director of College Counseling and junior class dean at Sage Ridge School in Reno, NV, where he has worked since 2013. He was previously Associate Director of Admissions for Campus Visits and Programs at Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR, and prior to that worked for The Overlake School in Redmond, WA, as a counselor and college advisor. From 2010 to 2013, Rob served as Membership Committee Chair for the Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC), representing college admissions professionals in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. A regional affiliate of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), PNACAC is an education association of secondary school counselors, college and university admissions officers and counselors and related individuals who work with students as they make the transition from high school to postsecondary education. Rob helped to increase PNACAC’s overall membership by 20% while serving on the association’s executive leadership team.

Rob is passionate about helping children to grow and meet their college and career goals through a range of educational and financial aid opportunities and, he says, he can help benefit those causes through his work at the Community Foundation.

Rob has lived in Reno since 2013. He is married and has twin boys. He enjoys hiking, a variety of water sports, and spending time with his children.
